I sigh and rest my head against your shoulder, feeling really tired from not sleeping last night, and from the operation, and from all the stress.

I reach over and pat your leg gently, "We'll be home soon and you can rest."

I mumble something incoherently and let out a sigh as I close my eyes and rest against you. "I didn't sleep last night," I admit, deciding I might as well be honest so you don't worry too much that my exhaustion is 100% caused by my depression.

"I figured something like that.. I'll tell the others to leave you alone so you can sleep." I say gently.

"Thank you, hyung," I reply.

|
"Don't mention it~ do you want me to stay with you while you sleep, or would you like some time alone? I'll have to check in on you every once in a while, but I don't have to stay with you while you sleep if you don't want me to." I offer, though I half hope you'll say no.

"You don't have to sleep with me, hyung...it's fine. You should do something fun. I'll be fine by myself for a little while..." I say, knowing I'll probably be doing more crying than sleeping.

"Do you want to be alone though? Don't worry about me - what do you want? I'm really fine either way," I insist, giving you a smile.

|
"I don't know, hyung," I start, sounding a little frustrated now. It's been a long day. "I just want to sleep, I don't care. I guess alone?"

||||||||||||
|
"Okay," I smile just as the taxi pulls up to our dorm and I pay him and grab our stuff before sliding out of the cab.

||||||||||||
|
I follow you sluggishly, feeling a sudden lack of motivation to move. All I want to do is sleep - indefinitely.

|
Simply to keep you moving, even if slowly, I wrap an arm around your waist and hope no one comes to talk to is right now. You need some good rest.

I lean into you a little as we walk. We come up to the door of our dorm. "Do you have the key..?"

||||||||||||

"You bet," I smile, pulling the dorm out of my pocket and opening up the door for us, allowing you to go first.
|
||||||||||||
|
I nod and go inside, immediately going to our room and searching for a change of clothes.
|
||||||||||||
|
I follow you to our room, simply because I want to change into something more comfortable as well. I pull on a pair of sweatpants and a hoodie and I turn to smile at you, "Have a good rest. Just call if you need anything, okay? At all."

|
I nod, and take off the hospital gown and put on a pair of sweats and a loose-fitting t-shirt that I think is yours but i don't care much right now. I crawl into bed and throw the covers over me, not feeling like eating dinner or doing anything but sleeping.

I can't help but walk over to you and adjust the blankets so they cover you a little more comfortably, and I give you a smile.
"I'll be in the living room, just yell if you need me. I'll check in every so often anyway, so... Sleep well, okay?" |
