"Thank you~" I say warmly, pulling the blanket over my lap and settling in to watch the movie with you.

"You're welcome," I say as I lean back against the couch and turn my attention towards the TV screen.

I turn my focus to the screen and settle back as the opening credits begin to play. I hope this can take your mind off of things.

I watch the screen intently as the characters are introduced. The tricks are pretty interesting to watch, but for some reason I keep getting distracted from what is on the screen.

I watch attentively though and play with my hands simply because keeping still is quite the task for me. It's actually a really interesting movie, and the magic is always cool.

As the movie plays, I start to feel a little drowsy from sitting in one place, so I shift my position and pull my legs up onto the couch with me.

I glance over at you as the movement catches my attention, but I just smile and turn back to the movie afterwards. I'm sort of hoping you'll drift off and catch some sleep.

I feel a little more alert after I change positions but it doesn't last long, soon enough, I can feel my eyelids getting heavier. I want to stay awake and watch the movie, but I keep struggling to keep focused on what's going on and I'm already a little lost in the plot. Why are they all together on stage now? Did something happen? I gently slap my face a little bit to try and wake myself up but it doesn't help much.

"Rest~" I say gently as I notice you struggling to stay awake. I know you desperately need some sleep.

I shake my head and almost pout. I'm stubborn, but I don't know how long I can continue resisting sleep. I stifle a yawn and force my eyes open.

I simply chuckle and lean back, knowing you'll be asleep soon enough. Your body needs it.

I fight sleep as long as I can, but not 20 minutes later, I can feel myself losing as my head begins bobbing forward. Soon enough, I succumb to the exhaustion and lay down all the way on the couch, resting my head on your thigh. I know you won't mind.

I smile in contentment and brush your bangs back with my fingers, hoping you'll get a good rest. You really need some sleep and I think it'd help you feel even at least a little better.

My eyes fall shut as I'm no longer able to keep them open, and I drift off the sleep almost immediately out of sheer exhaustion. I feel safe with you.

I smile as you doze off, and I play gently with your hair, running my fingers through the soft strands. I turn the volume of the movie way down in hopes that it won't wake you.

You playing with my hair feels nice, and I let out a soft hum paired with a heavy sigh in my sleep.

I smile and can't help but imagine us being like this all the time... I could comfort you and you could rest with me and know you're safe and loved. I could play with your hair while you sleep, and I could lean in and kiss you - how I ache to right now...but I would never take advantage of you. I wouldn't even dream of it. Still though, it's nice to imagine that I could freely kiss you one day. I could feel how soft your lips are as we hold each other in our arms. I could feed you until you're healthy again and love you until you forget what it feels like to be sad.. That's all I really want.

I nuzzle up to your leg and shiver a little since the blanket has fallen off of me partially. Since this is the first stable sleep I've had in two days, I sleep like a rock.

I notice immediately and I pull the blanket over you and tuck it in, wanting you to be as comfortable as possible. I can't help but smile down at you. You're so handsome, and when you're asleep and all the conscious pain has fallen off your face, it's easy to picture a happy life with you. I can picture laying down with you and cuddling you, pressing soft kisses to your skin. I can picture holding your hand and going on dates and spending all my time putting that incredible smile of yours onto your lips which I crave so badly...

I stay asleep for quite a while. The movie, which is nearly 2 hours long, ends, and I'm still asleep.

As the movie ends, I turn it off and simply switch over to the television so I have something to watch while you rest. I don't end up giving it much attention though; I'm more focused on you.

About a half hour after the movie ended, I begin to wake up. Nothing in particular wakes me, I just feel myself being dragged away from the sleep I crave so much by some intangible force. I turn onto my back and crack my eyes open, looking up at you with lidded eyes. "Was the movie good, hyung?" I ask, my voice thick with sleep.

"It was really good," I smile, reaching down to brush your hair back tenderly. You're so cute when you're sleepy...

I rub my eyes and let out a yawn, stretching a little bit as I do so but not really bothering to sit up. You touching my hair feels kind of relaxing. "That's good...~"

"How was your nap?" I ask lightly, running my fingers through your hair again and smiling down at you, trying not to let too much affection shine through my eyes...but I've always been bad at hiding emotions.

"It was...nice," I say honestly, trying to return your smile the best I can. I look up into your eyes and I see how loving and gentle they are. It makes me feel secure. The way you're gently touching my hair soothes me and makes me feel like I could even fall back asleep, but something is keeping me from that and I don't know what it is.

"I'm glad. You needed some rest," I say with a warm smile, noticing as you try to return it. I feel that urge to kiss you again, but I simply tell myself no and opt to keep gently playing with your hair.

"Yeah...I'm still tired," I say, stifling a yawn.
